Ic but i was working like mad... Lucky i got one good partner working with me....
I felt so tired i dose off at the counter on my last night... Man... Old or work too hard..? Hate working with slackers... I turned bad IC on my last nght cuz being good for the 1st two nights and being "eaten Kao Kao" was enough...
My concept is if you take a heavy case i'll give you just two case.. I can take 3 cases but if you just take two cases, u odd to help and not sit ur fat ass around and pretend nothing is going on around you... So given u a chance for the 1st two nights i decided "no more good IC..!!" I give you two heavy case so u work but even though so, she still slack!!! Arrr... I cannot stand not helping but i wish i can not care so much but why im always so kind hearted... Why is it so difficult to be a bad person? I want be bad...
She always complain to me top management down her grade scale but she don't see it as its her own doing... its always others fault.... Hello... WAKE UP!!! No one at work place like to work with u slackers cuz you cannot be bothered and do not help!!! Others got to do all the job when actually if it is shared out the load befaster and lighter to do but cuz of your slacker attitude, all working with u suffer... But she cannot be bothered...
She deserve the downgrade but it did not take on her in a good way but instead she got worst.... She get paid more for doing perm Nights but she got no contribution at all.. Only know how to bully others by taking the lightest case and not help around when she's IC... If she's so not happy, Leave like wat she always tell me she wants to, but using mouth to say its pointless....
I feel tat if u don't have the heart to work any more leave... Don't make ppl working there suffer with you too....
Now im off night... Yappy.. So nice to be home.... Looking forward to Melaka Trip this weekend...
