A touching moment i've not felt in a long time

A long term patient made me so touch tears was floating in my eyes...
All it took was just two simple words which she mean sincerely...
She covered her trachy, look at me and said " Xie Xie" when i told her we were going to send her out to the GW after 1 month plus ICU stay.

It brought back the feeling tat i long forgotten on why i wanted to be a nurse... Cuz its been a long time i hear a patient saying those word to me... She made me feel tat working hard to care and nurse a patient to ur fullest is not just a job but doing it with all ur heart a patient will be able to feel and appreciate... Seeing a sick patient at the brisk of death being brought back to life and being able to walk out of ICU and knowing tat all these could happen cuz i was part of the team tat made it happen makes me feel tat i can make a difference too....

Ugly Singaporean at the movies!!

Went on a date with Ah pig.. Went for dinner at Waraku and to the movies....

The last round i had trauma to my head at the movies and today was a pair of bloody legs kicking my seat through out the show!!!
Ppl bring kids to the movies cuz is FOC but pls do see to ur kids at the movie and not let them behave like monkeys and just ignore them like they were invincible!!! I got hit on my head by tat kid and the parents didn't even apologist and act ignorance when we turn around and stare at them!!!

Why ppl are so inconsiderate and self centered? They pay to enjoy a movie so do others!!!
